The first honorary membership of the Federation of Iran Bioscience Societies (FIrBS) was awarded to Professor Ahmad Majd.

The HM-FIrBS was awarded to Professor Ahmad Majd.

With the aim of benefiting from the experiences of prominent scientists in the biological sciences, during a ceremony the first honorary membership of the Federation of Iran Bioscience Societies (FIrBS) was awarded to Professor Ahmad Majd.  This occasion was attended by members of the FIrBS board of directors, some of the heads or representatives of FIrBS member societies, at the FIrBS secretariat, University of Tehran on December 17, 2019.
